Return and Refund Policy

1. You can request to return the purchased product within 4 days from the date of delivery.
2. To apply for the refund and return, the purchased product should meet the below-mentioned conditions:

Category	Conditions
Correct Product	The product should be exactly the same as shipped by us.
Complete Product	If the purchased product includes an add-on or comes in a combo while returning all the products should be present.
Unused Product	The purchased product will only be eligible for a return if it is unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and without any fragrance.
Undamaged Product	Only the undamaged product without holes and tears will be eligible for return.
MRP tag	Tags should be attached with the product and undamaged.

3. The refund will be initiated, only after receiving the product and quality check. Once approved, it will be reflected in your bank account in 7-10 working days.

4. If the purchased product fails in the quality check, the refund procedure will not be initiated further.

5. Please ensure that Shoogloo Mart product is handed over to the logistics partner as Shoogloo Mart will not be responsible in case wrong/different/defective product is given and we will not be able to return the same. 

6. Please note that we do not accept returns for ceramic items. We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely to you. In the rare event that your merchandise arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged product and its packaging on the day you receive your order. We will promptly address this issue for you.
