If the order is canceled ( before Shipping / while processing ), lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount if paid online.

1. It takes usually 1-2 days* to process the order at our warehouse and ship the package to the customer's doorstep in *the Delhi NCR Region.
2. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at the time of checkout. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before it is returned to us. Please provide the complete and accurate shipping address including PIN and a contact number to ensure faster delivery.
3. Within India, orders are delivered within 3-5 business days after processing, and International orders are delivered within 5-7 business days after processing.
4. We endeavor to deliver products purchased from Shoogloo Mart in excellent condition and in the best possible time.
5. Delivery charges, delivery time & payment mode are subjected to pin code.

7. Any dispute between the Shoogloo Mart and the Service Provider shall be resolved by mutual discussions between the authorized signatories. If the dispute remains unresolved, the parties may refer such dispute to a court of law located within the jurisdiction of courts.
8. In case a customer returns an order after delivery, order shipping charges will not be refunded. However, if you self-ship your returns, only Rs 100 will be refunded for the same.
9. Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website.
